Theme Installation

Installing the Kaddora Hybrid Theme is simple, fast, and beginner-friendly. After downloading the theme package, go to your WordPress Dashboard, open the Appearance → Themes section, and upload the Kaddora Hybrid Theme ZIP file. Once uploaded, click Install and then Activate to enable all features. The theme automatically loads essential settings to ensure smooth performance. For users who want a ready-made layout, the Kaddora Hybrid Theme also supports one-click demo import, allowing you to instantly set up a complete website. With flexible customization options, seamless compatibility, and optimized speed, installation becomes a smooth and effortless experience.

Click the Add New button at the top.
Click Upload Theme.
Click Choose File, select the theme .zip file (the installable WordPress file only).
Click Install Now.

To ensure a smooth installation and optimal performance of our WordPress themes, please confirm that your hosting environment meets the following minimum requirements. An active SSL certificate is necessary, as demo content cannot be downloaded or imported without HTTPS. Your server should run PHP 7.2 or above and MySQL 5.6 or higher. The Apache mod_rewrite module must be enabled for proper URL handling. Additionally, the iconv PHP extension with UTF-8 support must be installed. Secure HTTPS compatibility is essential for safe and reliable data transfer during theme setup and operation

Choose an Elementor template to display content immediately after the hero section on the shop page.
Before Loop Template:
Select an Elementor template to display content before the products loop starts.
After Loop Template:

Q: Demo import fails or gets stuck.
A: Please ensure your server meets the recommended PHP settings for smooth demo import:

If the issue still persists, try importing again after increasing these limits or contact our support team for assistance.

Q: Can I use this theme without Elementor?
A: The theme is optimized for Elementor page builder. While you can still use the default WordPress editor, we highly recommend Elementor to unlock all design flexibility and pre-built templates.

Q: My product images look blurry or stretched. How can I fix this?
A: Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Display and adjust your image dimensions. After that, regenerate thumbnails using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to fix image quality issues.

Q: How do I update the theme safely?
A: Always create a child theme before making custom changes. You can update the main theme through WordPress Dashboard or manually via FTP without losing your content. Customizations made inside the child theme will remain safe.

Q: The theme looks different after installation compared to the demo. Why?
A: Make sure you import the demo content from the theme setup wizard. Without demo import, the theme will look plain. Once imported, it will look exactly like the demo.
